tmo — Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your tmo account and all data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open tmo and sign in.
- Tap your account avatar in the top-right corner, then tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email (no app required)
- Email n.m.woods1@gmail.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my tmo account".
- We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email once it's done.
What gets deleted

What's retained
Aggregate, anonymised product-analytics events (via PostHog and Microsoft Clarity) that cannot be tied back to your identity may be retained under those services' own retention periods — this data was never linked to your account or email. Nothing else is kept after deletion.
